FAQs

  • A GTM plan brings your product to your target market through the right marketing channels.

It is the ‘how’ of your product, i.e. how do you get your product in front of the right users, and comes after you’ve defined the ‘what’ about your product, i.e. what makes it unique.

A GTM plan is comprised of 3 elements:

    1. Defining what success looks like

    2. Identifying the right channels to reach your target audience

    3. Creating content pieces / marketing assets for each channel

Consistent exposure of your product to the right audience (with a painpoint that they are willing to pay you to solve) will result in meetings, feedback on what you have to offer and sales.

  • For the most part, this is a done for you service (we handle everything). We follow a three step process:

    1. Product Market Validation Study

    2. GTM Plan development

    3. Booking sales meetings (the product of executing the GTM Plan)

We will of course need to work together throughout, particularly on steps 1 and 2 when we will be learning about your business and offering and developing content assets that you will need to approve and potentially contribute to.

In step 3, when a sales meeting is booked a member of our team will attend to ensure a smooth handover of the prospect to your sales representative.

  • We can produce all the content assets required for the marketing channels selected as part of your GTM plan.

Some longer form content assets like case studies and white papers will require your team’s input.

All content assets will be reviewed and approved by you as a standard part of the creation process.

  • On average we expect the first channels of a GTM campaign to launch after four weeks and so you can expect your first meeting one week later, so at the five week mark.

  • Sales is the most important function of any business.

And as a new entrant to the UK market you face 3 major challenges:

    1. Learning if your product is competitive

    2. Establishing consistent routes to market

    3. Winning the trust of your target market

Through the development and execution of a comprehensive GTM plan you will meet all 3 challenges head on. And over time you will build and refine a system to establish and predictably scale your business here in the UK.

No two GTM plans are the same. Naturally, our pricing varies based on the scope and complexity of each campaign.
